Invite your people, shape your community

One of the most unique things about living at Indigo is that community here doesn’t just happen by accident, it happens because residents actively help shape it.  Who lives next door matters. Who your children grow up around matters. Who you share meals, milestones, conversations, and everyday life with matters.

That’s why Indigo’s resident referral events are so much more than inviting someone to tour a neighborhood. They’re about residents intentionally helping build the kind of community they want to live in by inviting the people they know, trust, and enjoy into shared life here.

When you invite friends, family members, coworkers, or people in your circle to experience Indigo, you’re not just showing them homes, you’re inviting them into commune: into connection, belonging, celebration, and a way of living that is rooted in relationships.
At Indigo, neighbors aren’t just people who live nearby, they become part of your everyday life.

Why resident referral events matter

Resident referral events give you the opportunity to help shape the future of Indigo by introducing people you care about to the lifestyle, culture, and relationships that make this community special.   These events allow your guests to experience Indigo the way it’s meant to be experienced — not through a brochure or website, but through real conversations, real connections, and real residents.

It’s an opportunity to:

  • Help create the kind of neighborhood culture you want around you
  • Invite people who share your values, energy, and sense of community
  • Strengthen your own connections with neighbors while welcoming future ones
  • Participate in meaningful experiences that go beyond traditional referrals

Build the neighborhood you want to live in

At Indigo, community isn’t built by developers alone. It’s built by residents who choose to open their circles, welcome others, and help shape what this neighborhood becomes.

Think about your people:

  • Who would you love to share meals with?
  • Who would your kids love growing up around?
  • Who would make Indigo even more vibrant, connected, and alive?

Invite them because sometimes the best neighbors are already in your life, you just haven’t invited them home yet.
