I understand that:
1. Only Cottages located in the neighborhood immediately adjacent to the commercial property may be permitted to have short-term leases.
2. My home must be registered with the IRCA and obtain Cottage RBO status before I can begin using it for short-term rentals.
3. I am prohibited from placing a for lease sign on my property.
4. Occupants/invitees/guests/visitors must comply with all legal requirements, rules and residential governing documents.
5. I have read and understand the requirements stated in Article I, Section 1.5 of the
IRCA Rules and Regulations regarding short-term rentals.
