Residential Lease Request
Use this form to request permission from the IRCA to lease your home. Only 20% of homes in Indigo can be leased at any given time; you must obtain IRCA permission before you can lease your home.
Short-term Rental Request
Use this form to request Cottage RBO status from the IRCA to use your home for short-term rentals. Only Cottages located in the neighborhood immediately adjacent to the commercial property may be permitted to have short-term leases.
Mail Key Release
Use this form to authorize Community Life to release mail keys and welcome kits to your tenants. Make sure you’ve completed the necessary rental forms before submitting this request.
