Summer Block Party

Bring your block to life at the Indigo Summer Block Party—a celebration of food, fun, and community right outside your front door. Residents are invited to host meals along their block, creating a vibrant, shared dining experience where you can mingle, connect, and enjoy a variety of homemade dishes.

Come hungry, bring your neighbors, and stay for the show!

4:30 p.m. Celebrate Resident Accomplishments and Founders Brick Unveiling at Indigo Commons

4:50 p.m.  Visit the selfie station and grab a drink at the pop-up bar station

4:55 p.m.  Summer Block Party begins, as a group we move to the first station to enjoy appetizers

5 p.m.         Appetizer Station at Somersault Mews

• Enjoy Appetizers
  • Focaccia Bites
  • Madeleines
  • Cold Soup Shots
  • Shrimp
• Participate in the tie-dye activity —bring your tshirts, canvas bags, hats, etc. to tie dye
• Meet the Neighborhood Kids Club
• Meet the Common Ground Club

5:40 p.m. As a group, we move to the second station to enjoy entrees

5:45 p.m.   Entree Station at Block Party Mews

  • Cold Ratatouille
  • Zucchini Salad with Feta
• Participate in yard games and a recipe card exchange
• Meet the Farm to Table Club

6:55 p.m. As a group, we move to the third station to enjoy desserts

7 p.m.         Dessert Station at Lapis Court

  • Texas Sheet Cake
• Participate in the water relay race
• Meet the Lavender Pride Social Circle Club

7:30 p.m.   As a group, we move to the home station to enjoy more activities over drinks & snacks

7:30 p.m.   Community Party at Indigo Commons next to Della Coffee & Wine

• Line Dancing (whether you already know or want to learn), there will be an instructor
• Enjoy yard games: Jenga, Connect Four, Cornhole
• Meet the Health Club
• 7:40 p.m.   Dunk Tank
  • Line up for a change to dunk Indigo Developer Scott Snodgrass at the Dunk Tank
• 8 p.m.  Enjoy Kona Ice
• 8:30 p.m.  “Encanto” viewing under the stars
  • Bring your blankets and chairs to enjoy the movie, complete with popcorn and candy
