How to access your assessment account
Use the Vantaca portal to access detailed information about your assessment account, like your payment history, outstanding balances, etc. It’s the system our accounting team uses, so it’s live data you’re looking at when you’re logged in. How to pay assessments
Assessments are due on the 1st of the month. If your payment is not received and posted to your account by the 15th of the month, you’ll incur a late fee on the 16th.
Let the IRCA or ICCA directly debit your account
The easiest way to ensure your assessment payments are paid on time and for the correct amount each month is via ACH direct debit. To set up ACH, simply log into your Vantaca portal account and follow the instructions below. Once established, we’ll debit your checking account between the 5th and 10th of each month.
ACH set-up instructions
- Log into the Vantaca portal.
- Go to “payments.”
- Click on the “enroll” link next to “auto draft.”
- Follow the instructions from there.
Important ACH info
- If you have a payment due prior to the first allowable withdrawal date, email connect@coherelife.com and request that the date be modified to an earlier withdrawal date.
- Your first withdrawal will include the full account balance that’s due.
- Payments are pulled between the 5th and the 10th of each month.

Set up automated payments through your bank
Before you log in to your bank’s website or app to set up automatic payments, make sure you have your IRCA or ICCA assessment account number ready. You can find it on your assessment statement. You’ll also need the payment address listed at the top of this page.
Payments must be posted to your assessment account by the 15th of the month to avoid late fees. Schedule your payment delivery date at least 10 days prior to this to ensure enough time for mailing and processing.
Mail a check
If writing a check is your preferred method, it must be received and posted to your account by the 15th to avoid late fees. Make sure you take into account the time it takes for your payment to arrive by mail plus the time it takes for our bank to post it to your account. We suggest giving yourself a buffer of at least 10 days.
