By submitting this form, I am requesting to lease my home for a minimum of six months. If approved, I am required to provide a copy of the executed lease and register my tenants with the IRCA. I must also provide a copy of the community rules and regulations to the tenant.
Additionally:
1. A tenant must be living in my home except for a reasonable period after move out and before the next tenant is found.
2. There is a cap of 20% of the total number of residences that can be rented out at any given time. Once that cap is reached, the Community Life team will maintain a wait list of residents wishing to lease their home in the order requests were received.
3. If, at any time, I no longer wish to lease my home, I will notify the Community Life team so they can allow the next person(s) on the list to lease their home.
4. I have read and understand the requirements stated in Article I, Section 1.5 of the
IRCA Rules and Regulations regarding residential lease requirements including the 20% cap of the total number of residences at any given time.
5. I am prohibited from placing for lease signs on my property.
